I was drawn to energy healing because it aligned with what I felt in my heart: that there is much more to the world than what we can see with the naked eye. As a child, the awareness of the unseen was something I knew and experienced- and that at times, was uncomfortable to others!

I am passionate to help people to realize the magic all around us - that we all can connect to and is available at all times. I love that shamanic reiki does not focus on hierarchy, but rather an unrestricted system available to us all to work in our unique ways meant for us. 

I love shamanic drumming, and also love to bring my background of art and design into healing the energy of homes and the land, to support the most fearless version of yourself.

I help people connect on a personal level to the universal spirit of reiki through shamanic drumming. Through the ancient ritual of shamanic drumming, the conscious mind is distracted and can heal on a deeper soul level. "Journeying" with me is a practice that heals the internal, in ways we might not even know yet!

How else, and who else do I help?

I work with people at all different places in life and am excited to do so.

A large group I work with are people who have become very good at responding to life—but very disconnected from themselves. They are high achievers who have invested so much in creating a successful life that they’ve reached a point of exhaustion and are beginning to wonder, “Is there more to life than this?”. They may be depressed and exhausted building the external life they wanted to live only to find themselves still lacking internal abundance.

I am passionate about this because there were times when I had achieved external success, but I still felt so far from the life I wanted to live. I also had no idea how to start to changing this! I help high achievers and stressed people unplug from the never-ending work horse and start connecting to the way they want to live. To do this, I work with the energy of home, land, person through shamanic reiki. Instead of giving them another system to manage themselves with, I am helping break free of these systems and start to color outside of the lines. 

You don’t need to completely understand the problem before you can start progressing. This is heart work, not head work.
